This is inspired by the Grilled Cheese Truck. My friend and I went to the Food Truck Festival in Pasadena and after having our delicious Cheesy Macs, we decided that we wanted to make our own at the dorms for Super Bowl Sunday.
For the Cheesy, we used fresh white bread from Von’s and sliced cheddar cheese. For the Mac, we used a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese and added a little extra cheese. These amazing sandwiches are extremely easy to make—it’s like making a grilled cheese sandwich with mac and cheese on the inside. They’re soooo yummy and definitely a new favorite (:
